CAR/BIKE SHOW PARTICIPATION TERMS & CONDITIONS:

In consideration of the acceptance of the right to participate: entrants, participants, their guests and spectators, by the execution of this entry form, hereby release and discharge Oregon Brews and BBQ's and Bert's Chuckwagon and any and all officers, employees, directors, representatives, managers and anyone connected with the car/bike show and the Father's Day Bash festivities from any cause whatsoever that may be suffered by entrant to his or her persons or property.  Further, each entrant expressly agrees to indemnify all the forgoing entries, firm's persons and bodies of any kind and all liability occasioned or resulting from the conduct or any participant assisting or cooperating with entrant and under the direction or control of entrant.

NOTE:  LOAD IN FOR CAR SHOW WILL BE BETWEEN 8 A.M. AND 11 A.M. JUNE 15TH 2024
