​Thank you for your interest in becoming a merchandise - retail vendor at the Oregon Brews & BBQ Festival! Please fill out the application below to reserve your booth. All vendor spaces are filled on a first-come, first-served basis.

• Business/Organization Name

• Contact Information (Name, Phone, Mailing Address, Email)

• Business Website (if applicable)

• Brief Description of Goods (with optional photo attachment)

• Booth Size Selection

Important Notes:

• Once your application is accepted and a permit is issued, no products may be added or removed without prior notice.

• No vendor exclusivity will be granted.

• Vendors must supply their own tent, lights, banners, tables, and chairs (one standard outlet provided per booth).

• A release of liability agreement and signature are required.

Payment Options:

• Pay Online Now via secure link after submitting your form.

• Prefer to pay by check? You may submit your application without payment, but checks must be received no later than 14 days before the event.
